FAMILY
We believe that each family has its unique dynamics, goals and concerns. Whether it is prevention or resolution, we offer solutions and advice that best suit the client's needs. We advise on nuptial agreements, guardianship and/or divorce proceedings, family constitutions, the setting up of charitable foundations, applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136), as well as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Ordinance (Cap.481).
WILL & PROBATE

We believe that each client has an exclusive preference when dealing with his or her succession planning and hence, we draft highly customized wills that often involve cross-border assets and interests. Our vast experience in dealing with contentious and non-contentious probate applications (including the resealing of foreign grants) enables us to give comprehensive and practical advice when advising our clients on their succession planning.
TRUST

We believe that trusts are valuable tools if used correctly. Having assisted many families with setting up or restructuring their trusts, we are able to advise on the type of trust most suitable for achieving a family's specific objectives and purposes, as well as prepare all relevant documents, including trust deeds and letters of wishes. We also advise trustees regarding trust administration and termination issues. In addition to private trusts, we also have ample experience in assisting companies with their pre-IPO trusts and the relevant employee benefit schemes.

Having been in the private practice for nearly 20 years, Freda continues to stay focused in serving her clients in dealing with a broad spectrum of private client work ranging from family related issues, estate planning, trust setup, tax, probate and estate disputes. Freda also advises companies with respect to their pre-IPO trusts and employee benefit schemes.
